Kara Bateson, MPT

Why I am a Therapist?

I was raised in Sheridan and feel lucky to now live, work and raise our family in this area. Being a PT provides me with the opportunity to provide solutions to patient’s orthopedic problems so they can return to their normal lives and all the activities they enjoy. I enjoy building relationships with my patients and take a part in improving their everyday function. I truly enjoy helping people understand their injury and empower the patient regarding injury prevention. I tend to focus on patient education and postural awareness. My experience includes outpatient orthopedics, spine pain, headaches, sports medicine, and I am a certified Stott™ Pilates instructor. I enjoy working with all orthopedic conditions but especially love incorporating my certification in Pilates to add a unique approach when able.
