BASIC REFORMER
Basic Reformer class is geared towards those who are unfamiliar with the Pilates machine, and may be slightly apprehensive about beginning exercise on the reformer. There will be focused instruction in this class to learn machine set up and transitions that are set for each individual. Expect to gain more awareness of how your body moves with essential reformer exercises. Modifications for all levels will be applied.

The reformer is designed to balance and stabilize the body while working from the core. You will experience exercises that promote length, strength, and flexibility. MIXOLOGY
Welcome to Mixology!
This class is designed to make the most of your workout, by incorporating all pieces of Pilates equipment. We will be utilizing the Stability Chair, Box, Jump Board, Extender Platform, Extender Pad, Tower and Reformer to tone, sculpt and “reform” your body!
This class is intended for those who are VERY familiar with the Pilates Reformer and are looking to take their fitness routine to the next level.
Expect variety, as each class will differ with equipment and exercises.
HIIT
Welcome to HIIT!
High Intensity Interval Training or HIIT is a perfect way to challenge the body with intervals of cardio bursts, strength and balance.
Get ready to sweat with quick intense bursts of exercise coupled with short active recovery periods that will increase your heart rate to burn even more calories.
JUMPBOARD
This class fuses circuits of Jumpboard with super effective and focused core exercises to give you that strong and chiseled midsection. The jumpboard employs the principles of plyometrics to train coordination, strengthen muscles and burn calories. It attaches to the end of the reformer and allows you to get cardio aerobic training with very little stress or impact on the joints, and the springs help the muscles tone without bulking. It’s great for athletes because it develops and strengthens the fast twitch muscles in the quadricep without compression, helping to improve speed, agility and power. The jumpboard is a great alternative to traditional cardio, and is recommended for anyone looking to strengthen lower body joints, get relief from osteoporosis or just looking to get a killer fat-burning workout!

CORE-BODY FUSION
A mat inspired class, focusing on combining the muscle sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength, balance and flexibility of yoga. Low impact, with flowing movements will leave your body looking lean and incredibly defined.
BOOTCAMP, BURGERS & BEER
Make the most of your Tuesday night by joining this class for a quick high intensity workout!
This high energy Bootcamp style class will get your heart pumping by targeting all muscles groups with a variety of full body exercise!
