Amanda Kirlin
Speech-Language Pathologist
Why am I a therapist
My passion is to help people that are rehabilitating from communication, cognitive or swallowing problems improve their function and independence.
After working full time in inpatient rehabilitation or acute care hospitals, I know and appreciate the importance of quality therapy and the positive impact it can have on someone living with communication, cognitive or swallowing problems. I am excited to bring that to the outpatient therapy world!
Educational Background
University of Wyoming, Bachelors in Communication Sciences and Disorders
Northern Arizona University – Masters in Speech-Language Pathology
Trained in modified barium swallow studies, bedside swallow exams and dysphagia management.
Personal Interests
When I’m not in speech therapy mode, you can find me riding my bicycle and spending time with my daughter and husband outdoors in the great state of Wyoming.
