Hi! I have lived in the Sheridan area for over 20 years. I am a Registered Nurse and mom of three great kids! I enjoy long walks, hiking, pilates, yoga, reading and traveling. I was first introduced to mat pilates in in 2013 and loved it. It was great for mind and body! In 2016 I was introduced to pilates on the reformer. I had been having some lower back pain. My physical therapist prescribed core strengthening exercises incorporating the reformer. Using the reformer was very beneficial! Not only did it improve my back pain, I felt stronger and found a new way of exercising that I very much enjoyed and was safe for my body.
I was given an opportunity to participate in a Stott™ Pilates instructor training program at the start of this year. I am very excited to further my education in Stott™ Pilates and instruct others! I have definitely seen results in myself and I am very excited to work with others to obtain their fitness goals.
