Codie has always been passionate about exercise and movement and loves to incorporate it into her life in many ways. She started her teaching journey by becoming a certified yoga instructor, and in a search to expand her knowledge found Pilates. She loves that Pilates cultivates mind-body awareness as well as provides a challenging workout. Codie welcomes people from all walks of life and believes this versatile and dynamic practice can transform anyone’s mind, body, and life. Codie continues to learn about the body and the practice and aims to help people feel their best through this controlled and mindful movement. She is a mom of two young girls and has used Pilates herself as a rehabilitative practice postpartum/post-cesarean and truly believes in its benefits!
