Why I am a Therapist?

I thoroughly enjoy my job for the sole purpose of seeing my patients succeed and reach their goals. Making that personal connection with people and helping them through a tough time to reach their goals motivates me to learn and grow in my field so more people can reach their goals. Suffering minor sports injuries in college lead me to the field of physical therapy. Becoming a Physical Therapist allowed me to combine my education in anatomy and biology with my enjoyment of people and staying active.

Continuing Education Commitments

Through the motivation of seeing patients achieve their goals, my eagerness to learn more about the human body, treatment techniques, and the best care possible for patients begins. Staying active in literature and physical therapy topics, as well as attending continuing education courses, helps me keep up to date on the most effective treatments. My goal is to complete and obtain my specialist certification in orthopedics and become certified as a Pilates instructor to better serve my patients.
