Our therapists have all undergone extensive training to become Stott™ Pilates certified on the Reformer. Our clinic is furnished with the finest Stott™ Reformers and accessories. The Reformer is a specialized machine developed to minimize stress on joints while increasing strength and flexibility throughout the body. This specialized training helps develop effective programs for a range of clients, from those focused on preventing or rehabilitating injuries to independent fitness enthusiast and elite athletes.
