Agility Camp – Camp for youth ages 8-14 focusing on proper mechanics of jumping, running, and squatting while improving footwork and speed. During agility camp a mixture of exercises focusing foot speed, core strength, sprints, jumping, and body weight strength as well as stretching and education about injury prevention. It is a great cross training to get kids ready for sports and work on areas of weakness.

Girl Power – This class uses Pilates reformers to help girls ages 10-14 focus on core strength and stability during dynamic athletic movements. During class the female athletes are educated on the importance of a strong core to help improve athletic performance and decrease risk of injuries. Incorporating core and hip strength on reformer along with athletic movements makes this class a fun and energetic to get these female athletes ready for a variety of sports and activities.

POWERED by Core – POWERED by core is a high school level sports camp focusing on improving speed, agility, and vertical jumping to take them to the next level in their sport. POWERED uses the Vertimax platform which is designed to focus on speed, explosive power, and vertical jump. During the camp initial testing of vertical jump, 40-yard dash, broad jump, and sports shuttle are taken. The camp is 6 weeks and final results to show improvements are recorded. This camp is designed for the high-school athlete looking to take their game to the next level. Also, individual camps are now being offered for sport specific training.
